At ANAX Collective, we take pride in creating high-quality performance apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Due to the nature of combat sports apparel, any rashguard, shorts, compression gear, or apparel showing signs of training, washing, sweat, odor, mat exposure, pet hair, stains, or wear cannot be returned or exchanged.
EXCHANGES
Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to ANAX Collective. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement item will be shipped if inventory is available.
Pre-order and sold out products may not be available for exchange. If a replacement item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Mystery Bags
• Gift Cards
• Custom or Personalized Products
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
ANAX Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
